Social Media Tragedies: The Hero's Journey

Have you or someone you know ever messed up BIG using social media? How do you recover when something like this happens? Can anyone really call themselves a Social Media Expert? We all make mistakes and need to cut one another some slack.

This month New Media Cincinnati welcomes Cincinnati Social Media co-founder Daniel Lally, who is joining us so that we can talk about these topics.  We'll also talk about why and how you can stay on top of your brand and what people are saying about it, as well as creating positive content to best influence our online presence.
